Enacting of the lighting of the Olympic flame
At the beginning of the school year after the Olympic Games in Rio ended, our students decided to enact the lighting of the olympic torch. Today, the Olympic flame is lit in front of the ruins of the Temple of Hera in Olympia, Greece. The flame emphasizes the connection between the ancient games and the modern ones.
